Yeager, Watson & Associates
History
YWA’s parent firm was established in Alexandria, LA more than a century ago in 1904. The firm became C. Scott Yeager & Associates in 1946, Yeager, Young & Associates in 1964, Yeager, Cudd & Associates in 1976, Yeager, Cudd & Watson in 1990 and Yeager, Watson and Associates, in January 1992. With the retirement of C. Scott Yeager, Jr. in June 2001, the firm became Yeager, Watson & Associates, Inc., An Architectural Corporation. In 2009, a second office in Ruston was established to better serve our North Louisiana clients. The Ruston office moved into the current downtown location in 2013 and expanded the office footprint and staff in 2019. In 2020 with the consolidation of the Alexandria office to the Ruston office, the firm became Yeager, Watson & Associates, LLC.
Experience
Yeager, Watson & Associates' experience is rooted in public school design, but also includes experience in religious, medical, industrial, governmental, commercial, recreational, and private commissions. Since 1946, our office has been involved in over 700 commissions, ranging from master planning to new construction, renovations, additions and adaptive reuse projects. In addition to architectural design, we offer interior design services to our clients. Our in-house registered Interior Designer works closely with the client and architectural team throughout the commission to achieve an integrated total design solution.
